We are proud to be a Canadian business that sources various products, wheat and manufactures bulgur right here in Ontario, using local ingredients and sustainable farming practices.

Genuine heirloom varietals

Grano Organico offers all natural, wheat and bulgur that’s free of any additives or artificial coloring. Our wheat is sourced from soft white wheat for yellow- tanned bulgur or soft red wheat for brown or dark bulgur. The particle sizes are tightly controlled which controls uninspiring textured end products.

Kosher certified

All Grano Organico products are certified Kosher by the Va’ad Harabanim of Toronto.

Bulgur Products

Our Bulgur is local Ontario grown, non- GMO, natural with no added chemicals, additives or artificial coloring. We are also Kosher certified. We use only soft white wheat for yellow- tanned bulgur or soft red wheat for brown or dark bulgur. The particle sizes are tightly controlled which controls uniform absorption of water and particle size.

Pearled Wheat ND

Pearl Wheat is produced from fully-matured soft white wheat that is then passed through a pearling machine.

Soft White Wheat

100% whole wheat, packed with fibre and vitamins.

Pearled Barley

Pearled Barley is manufactured from Ontario grown Barley. It is milled to remove the outer hull and bran.

Oat Products

Our oats are proudly grown and harvested in Canada. They are non-GMO, all-natural, and free from added chemicals, artificial additives, or coloring. We are also Kosher certified. The oats are milled with precision, ensuring consistent particle size for even water absorption and uniform performance in every application.

Rolled Oats

Rolled Oats are steamed and flattened whole oats, known for quick cooking and use in oatmeal and baking.

Quick Oats

Quick Oats are pre-cooked, rolled thinner and cut into smaller pieces for faster cooking, ideal for instant oatmeal.

Oat Siftings

Oat Siftings are the fine particles separated from oats during milling, often used in animal feed or as a fiber-rich ingredient.

Stabilized Oat Groats

Stabilized oat groats are whole oats that have been heat-treated to prevent spoilage, preserving freshness and extending shelf life. Perfect for baking applications.

Steel Cut Oats

Steel cut oats are whole oat groats chopped into coarse pieces, offering a chewy texture and nutty flavour when cooked. Ideal for baking and cereal applications.

Oat Flour

Oat Flour is finely ground oats, used in baking for a soft texture and mild, slightly sweet flavour.
